Pastor Octavian Poenaru was born in Romania, and at the age of 14 he decided to follow Jesus and was baptized. In 1990, the Lord provided a wonderful wife and friend, and they have been happily married for over 27 years. He has a Doctor of Ministry in Family Life from Andrews University and is currently the Senior Pastor of the Fresno Central Seventh-day Adventist Church. God’s calling and education has enabled him to provide Biblical council to happy and unhappy marriages.
